Affiliate Agreement

Last updated 6/5/2026

Draft — pending legal review. This document is a starting-point template, not legal advice. It must be reviewed and finalized by a qualified Australian lawyer before being relied upon.

This Affiliate Agreement applies to anyone promoting offers through ClickCiti and supplements the Terms of Service.

1. Promotion standards

  • Promote offers truthfully. No false, misleading or deceptive conduct (Australian Consumer Law applies).
  • No spam (anti-spam laws apply), unsolicited messaging, or purchased low-quality traffic.
  • No bidding on a vendor's trademarks or brand keywords unless expressly permitted.
  • Disclose affiliate relationships where required.

2. Tracking & attribution

Sales are attributed via your HopLink on a last-click basis within the attribution window (currently 60 days). You must not manipulate, mask or self-refer to generate commissions.

3. Commissions

  • You earn the vendor's stated commission on valid, completed, attributed sales.
  • Commissions accrue after the hold period and are payable once you meet the minimum payout threshold and complete identity/tax verification.
  • Refunded, charged-back, fraudulent or policy-violating sales do not earn commission and may be clawed back.

4. Payouts

Paid via the method on your payout settings, subject to verification, thresholds and applicable tax reporting (e.g. ABN/TFN for AU payees). You are responsible for your own taxes.

5. Approval-gated offers

Some offers require vendor approval before you may promote them. Promoting without approval is a breach.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate affiliates who breach these terms and withhold commissions earned through prohibited conduct.
