Refund Policy

Refunds are primarily a matter between the buyer and the vendor of each offer, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

1. Consumer guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. goods/services must be of acceptable quality and match their description).

2. Requesting a refund

Refund requests are handled per the vendor's stated terms on the offer page and applicable law. Contact the vendor first; ClickCiti can assist via legal@clickciti.com.

3. Effect on commissions

When a sale is refunded or charged back, the related affiliate commission and vendor proceeds are reversed in the ledger. Payouts are held for a period before release to cover this.

4. Chargebacks

Chargebacks are investigated; fraudulent disputes may lead to account action.
