1. What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, display name, role (vendor/affiliate).
  • Payout data: payment method and account details, and identity/tax information required to pay you.
  • Usage data: clicks, conversions, tracking IDs, device/IP (hashed), and analytics events.
  • Transaction data: orders and ledger entries (handled with our payment provider).

2. How we use it

To operate the marketplace, attribute sales, calculate and pay commissions, prevent fraud, meet legal/tax obligations, and improve the Platform.

3. Disclosure

We share data with our payment/payout provider, analytics provider, and as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting and database in Australia) and protected with access controls and encryption in transit. Card data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider, not stored by ClickCiti.
